I am currently remortgaging.I seem to have the actual title deeds to my property – not copies!?
Whilst looking through paperwork from the last time that I remortgaged 2 years ago, I have found a plastic wallet containing actual title deeds to my property sent to me by the previous conveyancer, with a letter stating such. Surely these should have gone to my current lender not me? Im worried that this will cause delays or even extra expense for myself – what should I do? I live in UK.

my daugher is a single parent. she owns her own house but the mortgage is currently being paid by the DSS.?
Two years ago she remortgaged her house with a lower rate deal. This comes to an end in 2 months. Where does she stand in terms of remortgaging? She doesnt work at present, so wouldn’t be able to get a mortgage. Will her current mortgage provider be forced to keep her on, or are they entitled to drop her mortgage. Any advice please
